This is a complete flat pedal accelerator conversion kit.  The old throttle linkage design is outdated and needs an upgrade. The problem is as the linkage components start to wear, the retaining spring on the old Z-bar linkage design pops off,  and then the linkage disconnects from your pedal, causing the engine to just idle…
Not something you want happening while you’re on the road!

The twin-lever action of the X-Celerator “Speed Wheel” is laser cut, formed, and welded together, making a strong, stiff accelerator. This lever design (Patent Pending) is a vast improvement over the stock component. The X-Celerator lever rides on a CNC-machined, 303 stainless steel polished pivot pin.  This longer pin allows the twin levers in the action to ride on the same stable axis, providing a smooth, effortless feel to the throttle pedal.   The sense of confidence you gain at every acceleration may leave you wondering “Why did I wait so long?”

The rear stop tab on the new accelerator lever can be adjusted for bigger carburetors.
